はじめまして、Rikiです。

静岡県内の田舎にしてはそこそこ栄えてる方の街（今では知る人は知っている観光地）で学生生活と課外活動に明け暮れる日々を過ごし、大学入学時に機会を求めて上京。海外のかの字もない家庭内環境で育ったが、栄養士育成の大学を卒業した後、後悔しない生き方をしたいと思い切ってセブ島へ留学。

それが自分の気持ちに対して正直に生きる行動を考えるきっかけとなり、シェアハウス生活をスタートし、翌年中堅ソフトウエア会社に就職。休暇があれば海外旅行へ出かけ、台湾、ハワイ、ベトナム、インドネシア、韓国などのアジア圏を回りました。

その経験から国籍問わず人と人が集まれば影響し合うし、画期的なアイディアが生まれるのではないか？と感じ日本で暮らしている現在も世界中の方と交流する場へ足を運び、価値観や文化の違いに触れています。

現在は外資系ベンチャー企業に在籍し、データサイエンティストになるためのキャリアを歩み始めています。（自分には勿体ないくらいの外国人彼氏もできました♪笑）

ITを通じてデータからアイディアを発見し、視覚的なアプローチから壁を取りはらって国籍関係なくコミュニケーションがとれる日を目指して日々言語と数字と奮闘しています笑

Nice to meet you, my name is Riki.

I spent the days of student life and extracurricular activities in a town that is prosperous as a countryside in Shizuoka prefecture (a tourist spot that people know nowadays), and when I entered university, I moved to Tokyo. Although I grew up in a domestic environment where there is no sign of overseas, after graduating from a nutritionist training university, I decided to study abroad in Cebu Island, hoping to live a life without regrets.

That acted as an opportunity to think about how to live honestly with one’s own feelings, and started living in a share house. If I had a vacation, I went on an overseas trip and went around Asia such as Taiwan, Hawaii, Vietnam, Indonesia, and South Korea.

From that experience, if people gather together regardless of nationality, they will influence each other, and may not be a revolutionary idea. Even now, living in Japan, I go to places where I can interact with people all over the world, and see the differences in values ​​and culture.

Currently working for a foreign venture company and beginning a career to become a data scientist. (I also had a foreign boyfriend that I wouldn’t want to do ;p)

Through IT, we discover ideas from data, struggle with visual approaches to struggle with language and numbers every day for the day when we can communicate regardless of nationality!
